Amy fell in love with group fitness and Les Mills Body Pump as a particpant. She was the regular that never missed a class and had "my" spot. Her favorite instructor encouraged her to get certified in Body Pump and she never looked back! Amy has been teaching Body Pump since 2018. Her goal is to push you, encourage you, and empower you to meet your goals. In 2019, she went for her Body Combat certification. Amy loves the energy and the empowerment of each track and how strong this class makes you feel. When you train with Amy, you can expect a fun, high energy class that will make you feel accomplished and that you gave it your all!

Annie started lifting weights in college. She loved the challenge of it, but didn’t know how fun it could be until she tried Les Mills’ Body Pump in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the program. As someone who grew up in dance classes, Annie loves the musicality of Body Pump and the exciting atmosphere it brings to the workout. She became a certified instructor in 2023, and aspires to impact and motivate others the way her instructors have done for her. Annie is currently earning her Masters Degree in Communications and works in Project Management and Social Media Marketing.
Emma has always enjoyed staying active and has been a Les Mills BODYCOMBAT instructor since 2018. She is passionate about helping others live healthier and happier lives and she loves to see participants achieve their fitness goals. She believes the best workouts are the ones that push participants both physically and mentally.
Kaitlyn spent years in the gym doing random solo workouts, jumping from machine to machine without direction. She happened upon group fitness classes and became completely hooked after her first Body Pump class. Kaitlyn spent years in the gym doing random solo workouts, jumping from machine to machine without direction. She happened upon group fitness classes and became completely hooked after her first Body Pump class. She has found that there are no workout programs more efficient and effective than Les Mills classes. After 2 years of being a Body Pump participant, she became a certified instructor so that she could inspire and encourage others to fall in love with fitness, as she did herself through the group environment. She has now been a group fitness instructor for 7 years and is also certified in Schwinn cycling. LM Sprint and LM Core.
Karen has been a group fitness instructor since 1999, with her first Les Mills certification in 2001. She started taking Body Pump classes as a participant in the late 1990's and was hooked after the first class. She loves the science behind every Les Mills program and loves sharing her passion for the Les Mills programs with participants. Never stop moving!

Growing up as a child who found team sports intimidating and P.E. classes restrictive, Karen had to look for other ways to stay active. It was not until she signed up for step aerobic classes through her hometown’s community center that she found a way to have fun through physical movement. She loved the camaraderie of group exercise, and that kept her coming back for every class! From there, Karen found a variety classes to join, including her favorite format for strength, Les Mills BODYPUMP. In 2018, after 8 years as a dedicated participant, one of her instructors suggested she go to training to teach because of her good form. Karen also went on to certify in Les Mills BODYBALANCE a year later, a beautiful format for flexibility and calm. To Karen, group exercise is all about finding a connection, both to those around you and to yourself.

Lily is a passionate fitness instructor who fell in love with Les Mills BodyPump in the late 1990s as a participant at a local OC gym. She achieved her AFAA Group Fitness certification in 2002 and became certified in BodyPump in 2010. Lily is an Advanced BodyPump and Les Mills Core instructor, and became certified in BodyBalance in 2019.

Mark discovered group fitness many years ago and fell in love with it. Putting music and movement together made working out fun for him and helped him make fitness a lifestyle. He has been teaching for over 10 years, encouraging and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals.
Mel has been teaching group fitness for 10 years. She is certified to teach Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Cycle, and R.I.P.P.E.D. She loves working with people and helping them meet their fitness and health goals. She has 4 kids and a Morkie dog named Nugget that she adores! Group Fitness is Mel's passion and she loves seeing people enjoying getting fit together!

When she’s not teaching or taking classes, Sheri enjoys hanging out with her husband Dave and son Robbie in San Clemente, where she’s lived for 13 years. She also loves to binge watch her favorite shows from time to time. Favorites include, House Hunters International, Chicago Fire and Ted Lasso. .
