Strength
The full-body strength workout, BodyPump is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit- FAST! Your Instructor will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
Core
The ultimate scientific core workout for incredible core strength and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do!
Cardio
High-energy, martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. No complex moves to master! Your instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Punch, kick and strike your way to fitness!
Strength
45-minute total body circuit workout, targeting every muscle in your body with dynamic compound exercises as well as muscle-specific moves. You'll have awesome music to jam to as you build strength.
This workout is individually paced, so you're in control of your weight selection and pacing yourself through each move. This small-group training style will have a personal training feel, instructor will guide you and coach you through moves so that you can get a safe and effective workout. All fitness levels welcome!
Flexibility
Full-body stretch and mobility. We will target all major muscle groups through both static stretching (holding a position for a set amount of time) and dynamic stretching (moving through a range of motion that stretches your muscles). Improve your posture, range of motion, balance, and relieve tense/sore muscles.
HIIT
30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. High intensity, LOW IMPACT! No cycling experience required. If you're looking for a killer workout but are short on time, this is the class for you!
Cardio & Strength
The perfect combination! In this 45 minute class, you'll increase your stamina and your cardiovascular system with the interval-based cycling workout, then hop off the bike for full-body strength training!
This class is self-paced and great for ALL FITNESS LEVELS...you're in control of your workout! Your coach will guide and encourage you as you train at your pace. You’ll leave class feeling strong with a boost of endorphins!
